AB Ignitis Group Board Approves Amendment to Credit Line Agreement with OP Corporate Bank

Grup, also known as AB Ignitis grup, has announced that on December 12, 2023, its board has approved the amendment of a credit line agreement with OP Corporate Bank plc Lithuanian branch (referred to as the "Credit Line with OP"). This amendment will increase the credit line limit from 74 million euros to 150 million euros.
The Credit Line with OP will be used to manage working capital needs and ensure the liquidity of Grup. Together with other credit lines established by Grup with various banks, the total amount of credit lines signed under this amendment with OP will reach 845 million EUR, of which 199 million EUR has already been utilized.
The signing of the amendment for the Credit Line with OP will take place in the coming days, and any further information regarding the signing will be communicated by Grup through a separate announcement.
Grup clarifies that information regarding the amounts involved in short-term financing agreements is disclosed in Grup's financial reports. Accordingly, there will be no separate announcements regarding newly signed or amended agreements that do not have an impact on Grup's operations, financial results, assets, or financial position.
This announcement does not affect the forecast of Grup's adjusted profit before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA).
