Hang Seng Index (HK:HSI)

The Hang Seng Index of Hong Kong companies experienced a notable increase of 2.6% to reach 15,353.98.

Nikkei 225 Index (JP:NIK)

On the other hand, the Nikkei 225 Index of Japanese companies faced a slight decrease of 0.1% to settle at 36,517.57.

Shanghai Composite Index (CN:SHCOMP)

Chinese companies witnessed a positive trend with the Shanghai Composite Index rising by 0.5% to reach 2,770.98.

FTSE Straits Times Index (SG:STI)

In contrast, Singapore stocks struggled as the FTSE Straits Times Index fell by 0.4% to settle at 3,136.00.

KOSPI Composite Index (KR:180721)

South Korea experienced a surge in its KOSPI Composite Index with a gain of 0.6% to reach 2,478.61.

S&P/ASX 200 Benchmark Index (AU:XJO)

Australia's S&P/ASX 200 Benchmark Index also increased by 0.5%, settling at 7,514.90.

Hang Seng Index Constituents

Among the constituents of the Hang Seng Index, all stocks observed positive growth on Tuesday. Notably, real estate services company Longfor Group Holdings (HK:960) witnessed the largest increase with an addition of 9.2%.

Other noteworthy performances include renewable energy equipment firm Xinyi Solar Holdings (HK:968) and real estate services company China Resources Land (HK:1109). Both companies experienced gains of 9.2% and 8.0% respectively.

However, brewing company Budweiser Brewing APAC (HK:1876) faced a decline of 1.7% in Hong Kong.

Nikkei 225 Index Constituents

Within the Nikkei 225 Index, brewing company Sapporo Holdings (JP:2501) showed the highest increase on Tuesday, with shares rising by 4.9%.

Electrical components/equipment firm Fuji Electric (JP:6504) and database/directory publishing company M3 (JP:2413) also performed well, experiencing gains of 4.6% and 4.2% respectively.

Meanwhile, life insurance company T&D Holdings (JP:8795) suffered the largest decline, with shares falling by 2.9%.

Other notable decreases include non-ferrous metals firm Mitsui Mining & Smelting (JP:5706) and semiconductors company Sumco (JP:3436), which saw their shares drop by 2.6% and 2.3% respectively.
